Lynn has over twenty years' experience in the golf industry, managing both public and private facilities around the country. He has successfully managed both public and private golf courses, and believes in delivering high quality in an efficient and innovative manner. · Battle Creek Golf Club, located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, is a 1200-acre master planned golf community designed by renowned architect, Bland Pittman. Upon completion there will be over 800 homesites. The course measures over 7200 yards long, with a picturesque view of downtown Tulsa. Buffalo Golf Group was hired in November of 1996 to oversee the complete start up of the new operation. Buffalo Golf Group is in charge of the entire operation from golf shop, food and beverage, and maintenance of the course. Under the superior guidance of Buffalo Golf Group, Battle Creek Golf Club has continued to meet and exceed round and revenue projections and has become the finest upscale public course in the Tulsa metro area.

· Peoria Ridge Golf Club, located in Miami, OK and owned by the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma. Buffalo Golf Group was hired in September of 1998 to oversee the construction of the course, clubhouse, driving range, and start up and staffing of the facility. Buffalo Golf Group implemented all policies and procedures for the operation through the end of the original contract in September of 2001.

· Buffalo Ridge Country Club, located in Vinita, OK. Lynn Blevins was the General Partner, owner of the nine hole Country Club from February 1994 through September 1999 at which time the property was sold for commercial development.

· Loma Linda Country Club, located in Joplin, MO. Buffalo Golf Group was hired in September of 2001 as a consultant to bring in a new General Manager, employee training program, golf course maintenance program, and new membership programs. Since February of 2002 Buffalo Golf Groups main focus has been the marketing and membership sales till the end of the contract in October of 2002.

· Oasis Group, Inc. is a world-class golf course residential community and resort development company of which Buffalo Golf Group and Lynn Blevins is in charge of Golf Course Management & Development, Blevins is familiar with all day-to-day aspects of running top-notch golf facilities. In his capacity, he will use all aspects of his operations management background including his experience in managing golf shops, driving ranges, and restaurant facilities and course maintenance. Buffalo Golf Group was hired in May of 1999.
